Wow?! What’s not to like. Perfect central location, wonderful staff, amazing Greek buffet style breakfast. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean (with great air conditioning and a fridge) and our balcony had the most INCREDIBLE view of the Acropolis. The rooftop bar was great with Acropolis and Athens. Will come back here again and again! Thank you to Attalos! 10/10

The Attalos Hotel was easy to find, just a short distance from Monastiraki Station so the Metro is a good option for transportation to and from the airport. There are loads of restaurants nearby and staff will provide recommendations. The hotel is impeccably clean and the rooms are lovely - we had a beautiful view of the Parthenon from our balcony which actually made me pretty emotional the first time I saw it. The rooftop bar is a lot of fun and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and warm. We had a four night stay and I would definitely stay again.

Clean, a great location with accommodating staff. Inadvertantly booked a a small room at the rear of the property and staff were able to transfer us to a balcony room overlooking Athinas Street for the next few nights. It's our 'go to' hotel for when we first arrive into Athens and our 8th stay over the last few years. Check in, drop the bags, cross the road to the bank atm get some cash, then it's a gyros virtually 20 metres away, a walk through Psiri or Monastiraki, back to the hotel for a cocktail on the rooftop bar, then bed.

Very good value for money! Perfect location close to city center - perfect hotel for those with limited budget but want to be close to the city and plan to spend most if the time out rather than in the hotel room! Don’t expect a large and luxury room but a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Room includes a kettle and a fridge as well as tv with some international channels. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful with any type of inquiries! Breakfast is decent and always refilled. The hotel also has rooftop bar: cheap beers, not crowded (compared to other fancy rooftop bars) yet with perfect view over the Acropolis! Subway station is 1min walk away and tourist area 3min walk away.

Amazing location, the room was extremly comfortable, big bed, 2 pillows for each person (which i found great) and extra blankets. I also loved how clean and new was everything in the room, great job from the maids. The breakfast (9 euros per person) was one of the most diverse buffets i had ever seen and it was toatally worth it! On top of this all they have an upstairs rooftop where you can have an awesome view to Akropolis hill and enjoy good drinks with extra free candy when you buy tea or coffe and some salty snacks for alcoholic bevarages. Even tho' the room was with street view it had gread sound isolations and it wasn't loud i slept really good !

Great location in Athens - walking distance to the markets, and lots of restaurants and roof top bars. It has a great roof top bar and the view is of the Acropolis. You can leave your luggage in the basement (free) while waiting for your next trip. Has a lift. Close to a metro train station, to get back to the airport.

A fantastic hotel located centrally and near the metro. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with a large terrace and a view of the. Parthenon. Breakfast was great with a good selection of traditional greek foods. But best of all, the roof terrace had incredible views of the Acropolis and very reasonably priced drinks Highly recommended

The location was great! A short walk to every where we wanted to go. We had a balcony room and view of the Acropolis was nice. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The rooftop bar was fun with spectacular views. The hotel staff were nice and helpful with planning trips and how to get places, especially Niko.

Comfortable bed and pillows, great location just a few minutes to fantastic restaurants cafés and bars, grocery store, shopping and public transportation. Near historic ruins and you can see the Acropolis especially when lit up at night. 4 minutes to Monastiraki Square. We will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here a number of times when visiting Athens. Great location a couple blocks from metro station. Easy to take metro to and from airport (blue line) or Piraeus Port (green line). Few blocks walk to Monastiraki Square. Good base to explore the local central old town areas of Monastiraki, Plaka, Anafiotika, Psyri, Syntagma and various central archeological sites. 10-15 minute walk to get up to Acropolis Hill. Beautiful view of the Acropolis Hill from the rooftop terrace and bar. We also had view of the Acropolis from our room terrace. Spacious room terrace with small table and chairs. Comfortable clean modern room and bathroom. Comfortable double beds. Room safe and fridge. Wifi good. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety of foods to choose from.
